Here is my latest finished painting "Autumn Falls". Oil on canvas 16" x 20". Autumn is my favourite season as there are lot's of different textures and vivid colours to inspire me. It's such an exciting time of year as every day reveals new jewels of colours. These waterfalls are located at Hardcastle Crags at Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire. This is my version of a photograph taken by Alex Taylor which he has kindly given me permission to use as reference. You can see Alex's original photograph here of which my painting is based: Hardcastle Falls Please do also check out his fab page at Alex Taylor Photography |
